Welcome AWC and Dept of Water, Agriculture and the Environment to the KBA National Coordination Group

The KBA National Ccoordination Group (NCG) is tasked with identifying a comprehensive network of KBAs for all wildlife in Australia over the next ten years. Nothing more!

So it is great news that the global partnership members WCS, WWF, BirdLIfe and IUCN have been joined in this effort by large NGOs most recently by AWC and the Commonwealth. Welcome! Together we can halt the extinction crisis and, as one of the world’s 10 megadiverse countries, we can become an inspiration to other nations around the globe.
