BirdLife International has used Australia’s KBA in danger assessments to determine Important Bird Areas (IBAs) in Danger. Sadly, with 23 areas in danger of loosing one or more of its Trigger species, Australia leads the world in the number of sites at risk. See the full assessment on the story map
